The future is female – the past was, too. Join Philadelphia’s Historic Neighborhood Consortium for an evening celebrating Philadelphia’s historic women. Begin with a visit to the Betsy Ross House and learn the surprising history of the woman behind the legend. Next, join the award-winning Once Upon A Nation Storytellers for a guided walk through the Historic District highlighting the women who helped shape Philadelphia’s – and the nation’s – history. End the night with exclusive access to the Powel House, and learn how Elizabeth Powel’s voice changed the course of history.

Refreshments, including alcohol beverages, will be served at the Betsy Ross House and the Powel House.

A limited number of tickets are available for this guided, evening program that includes after-hours access to two historic sites, drinks and snacks at each location, and a guided walking tour through the historic neighborhood.

Proceeds benefit the participating nonprofit organizations – The Betsy Ross House, Historic Philadelphia, Inc. and Once Upon A Nation, and the Philadelphia Society for the Preservation of Landmarks.

Drinks generously provided by Quaker City Mercantile.
